Fulfillment Location

All orders are fulfilled from our Calgary location.

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Most orders ship within 1–2 business days.

Domestic Shipping (Canada)

We currently ship across Canada using reliable carriers.

• Standard Shipping — Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days

• Express Shipping — Estimated delivery: 1–5 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or events outside our control. Once your order is handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you.

Select‑City Hospital Delivery

For customers in Calgary, we offer hospital delivery within 24 hours for loved ones staying in care. Orders are delivered directly to the patient’s unit following hospital delivery instructions.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Shipping Issues & Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@admittd.ca so we can make it right.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We cannot reroute packages once they have shipped. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Replacement eligibility is determined on a case‑by‑case basis.
