We recommend essentials that support comfort, dignity, and orientation: warm socks, a soft blanket, lip balm, toiletries, a phone charger, and grounding items. admittd kits are built around these needs so families don't have to scramble.
How fast can admittd deliver to hospitals or homes?
Most Canadian orders ship within 1 to 3 business days, with expedited options available at checkout. For select cities, we also offer hospital delivery within 12 hours of your order, currently available in Calgary, Alberta.
Are admittd items appropriate for hospital use?

Can I send an admittd comfort kit directly to a patient?
Yes. You can ship to a home, hospital, or care facility. If you are unsure about delivery details, we offer guidance during checkout. For select cities, we also offer hospital delivery within 12 hours of your order, currently available in Calgary, Alberta.
What if I don't know what a patient needs?

Depending on which duffle you select, it includes up to over 20 everyday essentials, and most items are genuinely useful to the patient. If something ends up being redundant, every item is practical enough to repurpose at home later.

All admittd duffles use the same 40L hospital-ready bag, what changes is what's inside. Each duffle is packed with a different set of comfort and preparedness items so you can choose the level of support that fits your needs, whether it's a short stay, an unexpected admission, or a longer hospital journey.

Our products are consumer-grade essentials designed to support comfort during any hospital stay, whether it is unexpected, planned, or happens more than once. We recommend keeping your duffle fully packed and ready, so you are prepared for future visits without having to start from scratch.

Can I customize what goes into the duffle?
We are exploring thoughtful ways to offer personalization in future releases. At this time, the admittd duffle is not customizable, and kits come as curated sets designed to make choosing simple and supportive.

No. The design is one-size-fits-all, making them easy to display, easy to gift, and easy to choose without assistance.

Each blanket arrives in clean, modern, gift-ready packaging that displays well and requires no additional prep from staff. The inside of the bellyband cardstock wrap includes activities to occupy a patient during their hospital stay. Packaging and care tag meet Canadian standards for retail.
